Luna's Pups Week 6

Hello Griff Friends

Picking week is here! Very exciting!

Pups just got their first shots and have been wormed.

First pick for females and males please call me as soon as you are ready. Please remember that there are a lot of very excited people waiting to pick so please call me as soon as you can and we will start down the list. I will contact everyone as fast as I can and we hope to be through the pups by tomorrow.

Please have the date and approximate time you are hoping to pickup. I have talked to several of you about dates and we can reconfirm these as well.

Puppy Guarantee

1. The Buyer acknowledges that to the best of my knowledge “as the Breeder”, this puppy will leave my house “the Breeder’s” in good health. Buyer agrees to take the puppy to the vet within 72 hours/ 3 work days of the purchase or the Buyer will not receive a replacement puppy if the puppy purchased happens to be ill. If the veterinarian discovers the puppy to be unsound, it can be returned within the three day period for a refund of the purchase price or replaced with a puppy of equal value. (This is provided the puppy is returned with a letter from the examining vet stating in what respect the puppy is unsound.)

2. This dog is of Pet quality and is a purebred dog and can be registered with the AKC within 180 days, following the date of purchase. If registration papers are still in transit then they will be sent to the buyer as soon as seller receives them.

3. In the event any crippling, or congenital faults ( to the point this dog must be put down) are found to be present in the above-described dog, on or before one year of age, the seller agrees to replace said dog with one of equal quality. (This is provided the seller is provided with a letter from the examining vet stating in what respect the puppy is unsound).

4. All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer, if puppy is to be returned or if a new puppy is sent to replace unsound puppy.

5. By buying a puppy from us you are agreeing to love & take adequate care of the pup, by providing quality food & clean drinking water at all times. Providing adequate shelter/ housing, necessary grooming/ training & socialization & by providing proper veterinarian care & keeping puppy up to date on his/ her shots. Buyer agrees to make sure they (nor any family member or roommate) are not allergic to dogs before Sale. Buyer also must make sure that Landlord agrees that the pet can be housed on rental property. Please make sure you WANT & CAN HAVE the puppy before you even ask about them. (If you are buying the puppy for someone else please be sure they WANT the puppy!)

6. Ownership will be transferred when dog is paid for in full, unless otherwise stated here.
